Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park.

A visit to Bwindi gives a rare opportunity to trek through the jungle and spend time with gentle giants the Mountain Gorilla in their natural habitat habituated to receive visitors. The forest itself contains over half of mountain gorillas (approx. 300 of 600 ) surviving on earth. It also harhbours large number of smaller species of primates and several rare species of birds.

The Park is worth visit as you will witness spectacular scenery of the adulating hills of Kigezi (Switzerland of Africa) as you approach this forest. The park has thick lowland vegetation of ferns and orchards and some different species of trees that cover hilltops.
